  • Total Time: 45 minutes (including chill time)

Ingredients

Scale

8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups strawberry banana yogurt
8 ounce container whipped topping, thawed
4 cups fresh strawberries, washed, tops removed, hulled, and quartered (reserve 1/2 cup for garnish)
2 1/2 cups ripe bananas, peeled and sliced (just before serving, reserve 1/2 cup for garnish)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, using a handheld mixer on medium-high, beat the softened cream cheese for 1-1/2 minutes until smooth.
Add the sugar and vanilla, continuing to beat for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes until well incorporated.
Fold in the yogurt and the whipped topping until everything is completely combined.
Cover the mixture and chill it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully.
Just before serving, gently fold in 3 1/2 cups of strawberries and 2 cups of sliced bananas, letting their natural sweetness enhance the creamy base.
Garnish your lovely salad with the reserved strawberries and banana slices to add a pop of color and heighten the visual appeal.
