For the Chicken

    • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast

    • 3 cloves garlic, chopped or left whole

    • 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup (undiluted)

    • ¾ cup chicken stock

    • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

    • ¼ cup butter, softened

    • 0.6 ounces dry Italian dressing mix (Good Seasons recommended)

For Serving

    • 1 pound angel hair pasta, cooked according to package directions

Instructions

    1. Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray (or use a liner for easier cleanup).

    1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker and add garlic.

    1. Soften butter and cream cheese in the microwave. Whisk together until smooth. Add cream of chicken soup, dry Italian dressing mix, and chicken stock. Whisk until fully combined.

    1. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours until chicken is tender and cooked through.

    1. About 30 minutes before finishing, shred the chicken with two forks and stir it into the sauce.

    1. Just before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package directions. Drain well. Serve creamy chicken and sauce over pasta.
