For the Chicken

- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast

- 3 cloves garlic, chopped or left whole

- 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup (undiluted)

- ¾ cup chicken stock

- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

- ¼ cup butter, softened

- 0.6 ounces dry Italian dressing mix (Good Seasons recommended)
For Serving

- 1 pound angel hair pasta, cooked according to package directions
Instructions

- Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray (or use a liner for easier cleanup).

- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker and add garlic.

- Soften butter and cream cheese in the microwave. Whisk together until smooth. Add cream of chicken soup, dry Italian dressing mix, and chicken stock. Whisk until fully combined.

- Pour the sauce over the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours until chicken is tender and cooked through.

- About 30 minutes before finishing, shred the chicken with two forks and stir it into the sauce.

- Just before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package directions. Drain well. Serve creamy chicken and sauce over pasta.
