Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, vanilla extract, sugar, and cinnamon with the beaten eggs until well blended. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine raspberry puree and softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Cut each slice of French bread in half and spread the raspberry-cheese mixture on one half, then top with the other half to create a sandwich.
- Melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet or griddle.
- Dip each stuffed sandwich into the egg mixture, ensuring even coating.
- Cook in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes.
- Dust with confectioners’ sugar and a sprinkle of nutmeg before serving.
