Instructions

  1. Slice dates open and remove the pit. Stuff each with ½ teaspoon of pistachio butter.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until fully smooth and liquid.
  3. Coat each stuffed date in melted chocolate using tongs for ease, then place them on a board lined with parchment paper.
