For the Pizza Base
- 2 large tortillas
- ⅓ cup marinara sauce
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Cup n Crisp pepperoni
For the Caesar Filling
- 1 (10.5 oz) bag prepared Caesar salad (or about 3 cups homemade Caesar)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place 2 flour tortillas on a baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce evenly across the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce, then top with pepperoni.
- Broil the tortillas on the bottom rack of your oven for a few minutes until the pepperoni is crispy and the cheese is melted. Remove and set aside.
- While the tortillas are broiling, prepare the salad. Add your Caesar kit or homemade Caesar to a large bowl. Toss with lemon juice (if using), and season with salt and pepper.
- Place half the Caesar salad on each pizza base. Roll tightly into wraps and serve immediately while warm.
