Pepperoni Pizza Caesar Wraps are a creative mash-up of two classic favorites: pizza and Caesar salad. With crispy pepperoni, melted cheese, and a refreshing Caesar salad all wrapped in a tortilla, this handheld meal is perfect for a quick lunch or easy dinner with bold flavor in every bite.

For the Pizza Base

  • 2 large tortillas
  • ⅓ cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Cup n Crisp pepperoni

For the Caesar Filling

  • 1 (10.5 oz) bag prepared Caesar salad (or about 3 cups homemade Caesar)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place 2 flour tortillas on a baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.
  2. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce evenly across the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce, then top with pepperoni.
  3. Broil the tortillas on the bottom rack of your oven for a few minutes until the pepperoni is crispy and the cheese is melted. Remove and set aside.
  4. While the tortillas are broiling, prepare the salad. Add your Caesar kit or homemade Caesar to a large bowl. Toss with lemon juice (if using), and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place half the Caesar salad on each pizza base. Roll tightly into wraps and serve immediately while warm.
