2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F and prepare two baking sheets by giving them a spritz of non-stick spray.
Take the lovely baby potatoes, wash them well, and slice them thinly. Place the slices in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle the vegetable oil over the potatoes and stir them gently to ensure they are well-coated.
Now, let’s create a flavor-packed mixture! In a gallon-size plastic bag, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and pepper. Seal the bag and give it a good shake.
Once mixed, add the sliced potatoes to the bag and shake it once more, ensuring each slice is generously coated.
Arrange those heavenly potato slices in a single layer on your prepared baking sheets.
Bake them in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, making sure to turn the slices halfway through so they brown evenly.
