To make this deliciously smooth and festive fudge, you’ll need:

  • Chocolate Layer:

    • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 1 (14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk, divided
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • Mint Layer:

    • 6 ounces white confectioners coating* or premium white chocolate chips
    • 1 tablespoon peppermint extract
    • 1 drop green or red food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the Chocolate Layer:

    • In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with 1 cup sweetened condensed milk.
    • Stir in vanilla extract.
    • Spread half of the mixture into a wax-paper-lined 8- or 9-inch square pan.
    • Chill for 10 minutes until firm.
    • Keep the remaining chocolate mixture at room temperature.

  2. Prepare the Mint Layer:

    • In a clean saucepan, melt white confectioners coating with the remaining sweetened condensed milk.
    • Stir in peppermint extract and food coloring (if using).
    • Spread over the chilled chocolate layer.
    • Chill for another 10 minutes.

  3. Add the Final Chocolate Layer:

    • Spread the reserved chocolate mixture over the mint layer.
    • Chill for 2 hours or until firm.

  4. Cut & Serve:

    • Turn fudge onto a cutting board and peel off the wax paper.
    • Cut into small squares and enjoy!
