Honey Mustard Sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 ½ teaspoons finely chopped fresh thyme
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 177°C (350°F). Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pat dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Brush or spoon the honey mustard mixture generously over the chicken thighs.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 80°C (175°F) and juices run clear.
- For crispy, caramelized skin, broil for the final 2–3 minutes.
