- 8 center cut pork chops
- 2 pounds sauerkraut, drained

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the Pork Chops: Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the pork chops on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
- Arrange in Baking Dish: Transfer the browned pork chops to a 9×13-inch baking dish.

- Assemble and Bake: Spread the sauerkraut mixture evenly over the pork chops and cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
