Instructions
- Chop Ingredients: Place radishes, garlic, jalapeño, lemon juice, and cilantro in the bowl of a food processor.
- Pulse: Pulse the mixture until finely chopped and well combined.
- Season: Transfer the mixture to a small bowl and stir in salt and pepper to taste.
- Let it Sit: Allow the salsa to sit for 20 minutes to let the flavors meld and develop.
- Serve: Serve fresh and chilled with your favorite chips or as a topping.
