- 16 oz sour cream, the foundation of our dip
- 1 packet taco seasoning (any brand you love)
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles, well drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a medium mixing bowl.
- Stir thoroughly until everything is evenly combined.
- Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve cold with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
