Instructions
- Blend the Base
Mix pistachio paste with a bit of cream until smooth. Add mascarpone, vanilla, almond extract, and salt. Beat until creamy. - Whip the Cream
In another bowl, whip the remaining cream with sugar until stiff peaks form. - Fold and Finish the Cream
Gently fold the whipped cream into the pistachio-mascarpone mix. Set aside. - Make the Coffee Soak
Combine coffee, amaretto (if using), and pistachio flavoring in a shallow dish. - Layer 1
