  • Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

Scale

3 Bananas
1 cup Pancake Mix
1 cup Milk
1 Egg
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
Vegetable Oil, for frying

Instructions

Slice bananas into 1/2″ slices.
In a bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, and egg. Beat until well blended.
Line a plate with paper towels and set aside.
Fill a pan with vegetable oil, about 1/2″ deep, and heat to 350-375°F (175-190°C).
Dip each banana slice in the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
Carefully place the coated banana slices in the hot oil and fry for about 1-2 minutes on each side or until they turn golden brown.
Once fried, remove the banana bites and place them on the prepared plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
Dust the finished banana bites with powdered sugar.
Serve warm with your choice of accompaniment such as caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, or a scoop of ice cream.
