- 3 tablespoons butter, divided
- 8 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked until crisp

Instructions
- Mix the Batter: In a medium bowl, combine pancake mix and water. Stir until just blended, leaving a few lumps.
- Prepare the Skillet: Melt half of the butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Coat the Bacon: Dip half of the cooked bacon in the pancake batter, ensuring even coverage.
- Cook the Pancake Sticks: Place the coated bacon in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
- Repeat & Serve: Repeat with remaining bacon and batter. Serve with syrup for dipping if desired.
