Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for 5 minutes.
- Peel and slice bananas into ⅛-inch thick rounds.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Toss banana slices in melted coconut oil or butter until coated.
- Sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture and toss again to coat evenly.
- Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overlapping.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, flipping halfway. Watch closely in the final minutes to avoid burning.
- Transfer chips to a wire rack to cool and crisp up completely.
