- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen potato tots (about 6 1/2 cups) (such as Ore-Ida® Crispy Tater Tots)
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of chicken soup (such as Campbell’s®)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1 (1 ounce) envelope ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 5 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (from 1 [3 pound] chicken)
- 4 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/4 cups cooked and crumbled bacon (about 10 slices), divided

Instructions
- Preheat & Prep – Preheat oven to 450°F (200°C) and coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Bake the Tater Tots – Spread tater tots on a baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove from oven and reduce heat to 375°F (190°C).
- Make the Creamy Chicken Mixture – In a large bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch dressing, ranch mix, black pepper, and granulated garlic.
- Combine Ingredients – Fold in shredded chicken, Cheddar cheese, and 1 cup of the cooked bacon until fully coated.
- Assemble the Casserole – Transfer the chicken mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with crispy tater tots.
- Bake – Bake at 375°F for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbling around the edges.
- Garnish & Serve – Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup bacon on top and garnish with scallions. Serve hot and enjoy!
