  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 240ml (1 cup) heavy cream
  • 120ml (1/2 cup) beef broth
  • 240g (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 50g (1/2 cup) grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add linguine and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Add garlic and onion to the skillet and sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and beef broth. Bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually add mozzarella and Parmesan, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add cooked linguine to the skillet. Toss well to coat with sauce. Let it heat through for 1–2 minutes, adjusting seasoning if needed.
  6. Transfer to serving dishes and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
