- 2 large cucumbers or 3–4 small cucumbers
- Seasoning of your choice
- 1 teaspoon of seasoning (depending on your chosen flavor)
- Salt to taste
Flavor Options:
- Smokey Cucumber Chips: 1 teaspoon smoked seasoning + salt
- Onion and Garlic Chips: 1 teaspoon onion powder + 1 teaspoon garlic powder + salt
- Salt and Vinegar Chips: 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar + salt
- Lemon and Pepper Chips: 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice + ½ teaspoon ground black pepper + salt
Instructions
- Slice cucumbers thinly (approximately 1/8 inch thick).
- Pat the slices dry with a paper towel and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add your chosen seasoning and salt, then toss to coat evenly.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the cucumber slices in a single layer.
- Bake at 170°F (77°C) for 3-4 hours, or until crisp.
- Let them cool and serve as a tasty, crunchy snack.
