  • Total Time: 50 minutes

Ingredients

Scale

  • 46 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Portion of rice paper sheets
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 230°C (450°F).
  2. Peel and slice the apples, then mix them with brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Fill a large mixing bowl 1/4 full with water. Place one rice paper sheet into the water at a time. Soak until softened but still slightly firm.
  4. Place a softened rice paper sheet on the counter. Add 1-2 tablespoons of the apple mixture to the center. Fold the bottom up, then the sides inward, and the top down to seal.
  5. Continue assembling rolls until all the apple mixture has been used.
  6. Arrange rolls on a parchment paper-lined or well-oiled pan. Brush both sides of the rolls with cooking oil.
  7. Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, turning them several times throughout for even cooking.
