Ingredients
Scale
- 4–6 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 230°C (450°F).

- Fill a large mixing bowl 1/4 full with water. Place one rice paper sheet into the water at a time. Soak until softened but still slightly firm.
- Place a softened rice paper sheet on the counter. Add 1-2 tablespoons of the apple mixture to the center. Fold the bottom up, then the sides inward, and the top down to seal.
- Continue assembling rolls until all the apple mixture has been used.
- Arrange rolls on a parchment paper-lined or well-oiled pan. Brush both sides of the rolls with cooking oil.
- Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, turning them several times throughout for even cooking.
