To make this cheesy and flavorful tuna melt, you’ll need:

  • 2 English muffins, halved
  • 2 (5-ounce) cans tuna, drained
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons diced celery
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer:

    • Set the air fryer to 325°F (165°C).

  2. Toast the English Muffins:

    • Place the sliced English muffins in the air fryer.
    • Toast until lightly browned, about 2 to 4 minutes.
    • Remove and set aside.

  3. Make the Tuna Salad:

    • In a bowl, mix together tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, salt, and pepper.
    • Stir until fully combined.

  4. Assemble the Tuna Melts:
