For the Salmon

  • 1 lb skinless salmon filets, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1.5 teaspoons honey
  • 1.5 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (or more for extra spice)
  • 1 tablespoon water (adjust for desired consistency)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or mason jar, mix or shake together all sauce ingredients until well combined. Adjust water for desired consistency. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Mix paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
  3. Pat salmon dry with paper towels. Add to a bowl, spray with cooking spray, and toss with seasoning until evenly coated.
  4. Spray air fryer basket and arrange salmon bites in a single layer. Cook for 5–7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until salmon is cooked through and golden on the edges.
